Here's an early pair of Aviator Sunglasses I bought at an antique mall years ago.Tried to reasearch what these are to no avail. My assumption was they were a pair of very old RayBans but no guarantee thats correct. Hopefully a buyer will know more than me. Sunglasses came in the Ray-Ban Anti-Glare leather case. Stamp on the bridge I couldn't discover anything about. May be the 'L I C' mark Rayban did for 'Long Island Crafted'? Not sure. But also marked 1/10th 12K GF. Very well made with only a couple of fairly minor scratches on the lightly tinted PRESCRIPTION glass lens. Prescription is pretty mild. Good nosepieces and hinges. The bakelite or plastic temple tips show some crazing/cracking but not broken. The temple arms themselves have fancy filligree details which I've also never seen before. Minor oxidation to the metal but solid. The leather case is in good albeit scuffed condition. Ready to wear or have your own perscription put in. Width of the frame from hinge to hinge is 144mm. The temple arms are 125mm as bent. The height of the frame in front is 50mm. So a good larger size frame here. A nice pair of sunglasses with case. Shipped promptly. Questions welcome. If anyone know what the stamp means please let me know. Thanks
