    Description

    Vintage Lot Of 12 1950s Universal Opthapmic Products UOP Plastic Cat Eye Frames. Various sizes: 46/22, 46/20, 44/22, 44/20, and 42/20. With their original cases. 10 of the pairs have paper envelopes with size and prescription details. According to the envelopes, these are temporary cataract glasses. The lenses are rather thick. Some are misshapen due to years in the cases. The metal parts have some corrosion. Most of the lenses are discolored to a yellow tint. One pair is missing the ear pieces.
    Please closely examine the photographs for the best description of condition. These glasses are authentic originals. I purchased them in a large lot from what used to be an optometrist office, that had been closed for a very long time. These frames all appear to be new old stock but may show signs of shelf ware. I will be posting more vintage glasses for sale, so keep check out my other listings, and keep an eye out for new ones.
