This frame is the Kenneth Cole KC155 Deep Eggplant (082) 50/17. An all metal front with metal temples and spring hinges.
They can be made to hold your prescription or sunglass lenses at any local optical store, where they can adjust them to fit as best possible.
The measurements are hinge to hinge 5 3/16". End to end 5 5/16". Inside lens top to bottom 27mm. Frame top to bottom 1 3/16". Temple length is 140mm.
